Who are we?

Paco Falcó was a fisherman in Roses. In 1968, when the tourism was growing in la Costa Brava (Wild Coast), Arturo Valvekens, dive instructor from Belgium, met him working on fishing nets. Arturo asked Paco if he could bring drive him around the coast so that Arturo could dive. That’s how the love story between the Falco Family and the dive world began. Three years later, in 1971, Paco opened the Centre d’Immersió Roses, the first (along with Unisub, in L’Estartit) dive shop in la Costa Brava. He gave his son David this passion for the sea. It’s just a matter of time for David to work in the family business. 40 years later, the Falcó family keeps working in the dive business, recreational and professional, always offering a close but serious service. When Paco retires, David takes over the CIR.
